Client Review on Kessler Creative

Feedback:

Two months of failure to deliver on contracted direct mail in last two months. 80% drop in our sales revenue over same period. Account representative not as responsive as we expected and didn't seem to care. Unable to get information about our direct mail and email campaigns that were supposed to run over the last two months. We are very disappointed. Have reported this to our Franchisor who had recommended we use them. Looking to have a more dependable and responsive provider ASAP.
