We visited their office on Monday & talked to Breeze, he was the technical person & he was helpful. we agreed on the job. He referred us to Jackie “the Manager” to schedule the job. The next day, Upon talking to her on the phone she insisted on paying her cash & up front, we reluctantly agreed. Since we live aboard our sailboat we suggest that we pay the tech upon arrival on site & before he starts the work. Jackie words were “you have to come here and pay me cash, or else am not doing this work for you. Listen your job is small for us & if you want me to do you the favor of doing your work, meet me half way & come pay me my deposit” all that sounded suspicious to me as if they don’t trust their technicians to pass over the money a client will pay. after a brief discussion, I asked her if she would take Visa over the phone, since it’s difficult for us to make it to the office. her words were “We are a big company and we are busy. We don’t have time for a small job like yours. I don’t want to do it for you” and she hanged up. wow some manger :( my experience was awful people with terrible people skills (with exception of Breeze) wow how are they even busy! some A* hole attitude
