I saw the low reviews and thought that didn't represent my experience here. I have lived in many other cities but I was impressed with Parker's friendliness and efficiency. My only disappointment was not the staff but other patrons. The staff worked diligently and were respectful even when other customers showed them no respect. I saw people talking on their phones, speaking rudely to staff, and complaining of lines even while they were moving quickly. I don't understand people. I am in my thirties but I see people older than me with no manners and attitudes of privilege. I want to thank the staff for their hard work and patients.
