Feedback:

Understaffed. lack of rehabilitatingfor the residents..few nice people over dramatic

Feedback:

Ms Kimble was very professional yet reassuring that she truly had her clients best interest at heart!! The rest of the staff leaves a lot to be desired!! We are the tax payers that pay their salaries yet I felt like they treated us the families like the criminals!

Feedback:

GREAT HALFWAY HOUSE.... LOVED THE EGGS IN THE MORNING

Feedback:

It is a hallfway house thats relatively relaxed on the fed side

Feedback:

Their mission statement on the website could not be further from the truth. They DO NOT promote maintaining family relationships or any kind of rehabilitation. Their mission statememt should read PUNISH, PUNISH AND PUNISH SOME MORE. KINTOCK goes out of their way to probide slave labor for local contractors for a price. As my fianvee's mother lay dying in the hospital I could not get into a visit because of a malfunctioning metal detector. NO COMPASSION WAS SHOWN.

Feedback:

I was sent to two different locations before they found the right one

Feedback:

Visiting area and the rules are in need of a major over haul. The fact that you're in a cafeteria packed like sardines on the pre-k lunch room tables is a struggle. On top of the seating arrangements, where family on one side and offenders solo on the other side is like, what is the logic in that?! I guess it makes sense to somebody...

Feedback:

I'm actually a Federal resident here. The staff and administration are A+. They treat the residents like family members. The facility is modern, well equipped, well laid out and maintained. This is a residential reentry program for State and Federal inmates making the transition from Prison to society. It offers housing, numerous programs and classes to help the residents have the best chance at making a better and productive life. They see it as their mission to change troubled individuals into productive and law abiding members of society. The staff assist in finding employment, housing and medical/mental health care. The downside is that the food, provided by a private contractor, is atrocious and unfit for human consumption.

Feedback:

I am living there. Jump off point to starting over

Feedback:

The visit area is terrible
