Beim Tausch wurden wohl zudem Schrauben verloren sodass mein Festplattenfach nicht mehr sauber abschloss und fortan überstand.Als ich meine originale, ausgebaute Festplatte testete fiel ich fast vom Glauben ab als das Diagnoseprogramm meine Vermutung bestätigte keinerlei Fehler, keine fehlerhafte Sektoren. Die Platte ist bei mir bis heute im Einsatz. Ich zahlte somit für den ein und Ausbau und Austausch einer funktionierenden Festplatte 120 €!!Mir wurde zudem angeboten Windows und co für einen horrenden Preis neu zu installieren. Ich lehnte dankend ab.Nach der anfänglichen Freude meinen Computer wieder zu haben kam die Wut über den Betrug.Bedauerlicherweise hatte ich weder eine Auftragsbestätigung noch eine ordentliche Rechnung sondern nur einen Kassenbon auf dem lediglich mein gegebener Betrag und der Wechselbetrag stand. Äußerst clevere Masche. Mir bleibt nur noch zu warnen!Übrigens weis ich mindestens von einem weiteren Fall aus dem Bekanntenkreis.Ebenfalls ist zu erwähnen das mich zuerst ein Mitarbeiter anrief und mitteilte das es sich lediglich um eine Kleinigkeit handelte die nicht teuer wird und ich das Gerät morgen abholen könne.Wenig später rief mich ein weiterer Mitarbeiter an und sagte es sei wohl doch, wie ich für möglich hielt, die Festplatte diese müsse getauscht werden. Als ich nach dem Preis fragte, musste er mich erstaunlicherweise erst zurückrufen.Es gibt dort wohl auch anscheinend ehrliche Mitarbeiter. Zu meinem bedauern geriet ich dann doch noch in die Falle.Was habe ich daraus gelernt? Immer auf eine ordentliche, schriftliche Auftragsbestätigung bestehen, immer auf eine ordentliche, schriftliche Rechnung bestehen!!
