Don't waste your money! BRIDES BEWAREUtterly disappointing is an understatement. We booked with Klock Entertainment after having a disaster with another DJ who was unexpectedly unable to attend my wedding. I was told that Klock Entertainment was trying to help the brides that didn't have a DJ due to the previous one being unavailable. Sounds great right? Everything started out fine. I called and scheduled an appointment to meet with someone and the gentleman i met with was extremely helpful. I felt like the disaster was behind me of having issues with my DJ. I was WRONG. The DJ i was assigned since i didn't want to pay the extra $400 to pick who i wanted. Remember I am already out the money from my previous DJ. The DJ i was assigned was extremely unprepared. I had to call him to ask if he was going to touchbase with me before the wedding. Then we scheduled an appointment to discuss my wedding songs. He apparently forgot and i once again had to call him. He was once again unprepared. I had to reach out a THIRD time asking him to meet with me so that i could talk to him about my song selections. Then the wedding day finally arrives and there are 5 more people that showed up that weren't supposed to! They completely took over my vendor table leaving other vendors without a seat or meals. Who brings extra people without mentioning it to the bride?! Then to make matters worse... our DJ was training them! They used my wedding as a training event. And they were AWFUL. The photobooth was out of ink so all my photos were terrible. And when i told the gentleman who was standing there that there was a problem he completely ignored me. They didn't play a single song that i requested because all 5 trainees just stood around talking. Then i had people requesting songs they didn't play.Long story short... go ANYWHERE else. It was NOT worth the money. They were more concerned with training their DJs than what i paid for at my wedding.
