Overall Feedback:
I’ve lived at about 10 apartment complexes throughout my life, I’m a city girl from New York City. So noise is not a problem for me. Until now. This is the noisiest and most obnoxious place I’ve ever stayed at in my life. My building has 8 apartments, In the 9 months I’ve lived here, at least 6 or 7 of the residents in this building have moved out. Gee, I can’t imagine why. (I know management will be reading this so they can go ahead and check their files and reply to this post, I’d love to hear what they have to publicly say to this) Each time a resident moves out management has to come in and rip down an entire apartment (including kitchen) to turn over for the next set of renters. It’s 2-3 weeks of constant construction each month with zero notice to the residents. From the second I moved in, it’s been constant pounding and hammering away at adjacent apartments. The last few days have been a nightmare. They took it upon themselves to rip out the entire siding of the building starting at very early hours in the morning (I have recordings, so I would love for them to tell me that I’m lying). Hammering, drilling, ripping, pounding, away right outside my window, waking me up every morning, with a migraine. They’ve done this without giving 1 single notice to any resident in this building. Do not move here if you expect peace and quiet.
