Yes agreed with all the other reviewers that the service here is excellent. Every time I visit there seems to be a significant improvement in service & I’m pleasantly surprised! I buy most of my large necklace paper boxes here & they are of good quality & value too. However, I wish that they will bring in higher quality products especially the goldfilled findings & higher quality gem beads. Other than that if you’re looking for Low to mid level priced findings/beads this is the place to go! 👍

The service here is simply amazing! Staff are always on hand to help, but not obstrusive .. and at one point the boss brought out mineral water (cold and room temperature just in case) for everyone in the shop. I just spent 1.5hours browsing the shop amazed by the service, price level and quality of Swarovski crystals. Will certainly be back the next time I need more crystals :) thank you Kevin and team!

And also the staff are nice and friendly and they will go the extra mile just to help you get what you need. Now, Koi Ming has become my official supplier for my crafting materials.
