I had called about buying a graphics card so i could upgrade my pc so i could use my HTC Vive, and the "technician" had no clue what i was talking about, was very obnoxious and insisted that it was pronounced the HTC Viv-aye, and had told me that it doesn't matter what my specs are for the HTC Vive; all that mattered was my operating system. I find it very annoying when someone pretends to know what they're talking about. It sucks because this is the closest computer store to my house, and i don't like to wait for shipping because i am impatient.

Absolute MIRACLE WORKERS! I went to another shop in town on Main Street that was advertising a 99 dollar repair special. The repair guy at Turbo Tech Computers completely ruined my phone to the point it was useless. I was devastated to the point of tears and he said nothing to offer a way to fix it! I came in to Konocti Computers and Peter was a life saver!! He was so nice and POLITE and caring. I am forever grateful !! Real professionals! Nice shop with a great energy!! SUPER RECOMMENDED FOR ANY ONE IN NEED OF GREAT REPAIR!
