Amazing customer service! Employees are extremely knowledgeable and are happy to help with any questions or issues you may have. Kyle goes out of his way to meet his customers needs. On top of that, he is above broad, meaning he will always give you his honest opinion whether it's in his financial best interest or yours. Business men of his caliber are hard to come by these days. Highly recommend!

Kontney is by far the best computer company I have ever worked with! There has never been an issue that they couldn't fix! They are SO knowledgeable, fast turn around time and so caring about what I actually need and what the needs are of our business. When buying equipment they have excellent prices. Never try to sell you something you dont need.

Too bad I have to give them one star after I've been going there for a long, long time. I called last week to ask if they could help me with my Outlook email. It got screwed up and I can't send or receive emails. I asked the girl who answered my call if they might be able to help me get Outlook back? I realize it's not a huge project for them and maybe too small of a job?? She said she would have one of the guys call me back. No one called. At least be nice enough to call and say you would not want to help me with my email problem. If it's too small a job, have the courtesy to call me and tell me especially since I've been a customer before. Very disappointed and don't worry, I won't bother coming back.
