I really don’t see how they got all these good reviews probably company workers paid to put them there. Oh well, well we will start with the checking in part. Arrived at 11 am dude didn’t say two words just threw me the clipboard And I filled everything out oh wait he did say something he said call you with door soon. Well here it 4 pm which is my appointment time and guess what? No call no door yet and these trucks been in the dock since I checked in which I know for a fact that they’re not happy at all either. Worst KRAFT foods I ever been to

Was here 2 hours prior to my appointment got loaded right away. Fast loading parking is available if you wanted to come early no overnight parking. They got notes saying you must have enough hours to get loaded and leave the property.

07/15/19 Monday 12:00 pm I’ve been coming here for years now, the most nicest people ever. Unfortunately they make tulles more and more strict. After a super trucker pulled from the door, things changed. Now a bigger problem is for the super trucker that thinks that he’s connected to his trailer, and actually he’s not. Prime Express out of Evanston IL, almost flipped it over on the shippers yard coming out of the dock, not being hooked to the trailer completely.

Loaded here 7/4, I think they were a little shorthanded on the holiday but still got me out within 2 hours of my appt. Nice folks, no problems.

Excellent place & Human I had 05:00 am came here 02:30 am checked in right a way had a door unloaded within 1/2 hr and gone all I can say God bless them I wish every other place would been like this place our jobs would been a lot easier good job guys all my blessings to you and your families

I was late both times to my pickups because of HOS...once 4.5 hrs and the other 3 hrs...they gave me a door immediately each time and they had me loaded w 40k lbs and out of there both times in about 1 hour. Very friendly and professional. 1st timers...the callbox does not work...just pull into yard and park in the 5 spots opposite the office windows, go inside and check in. Have all your info handy for sign in sheet. P/U# especially.
