I have been in the bookbinding business for over 62 years so needless to say, I am old school. Had no interest in computers or even contemplated having a website. However, a local contractor friend of mine told me that once he got himself a website, his business increased tremendously. He referred to me Kim with KS Creative Designs who resides in California. I was a little apprehensive about hiring a designer out of state but all I can say is “It’s the best thing I could have done”. We were able to collaborate over the phone and through emails. She designed a website for me that far exceeded my expectations. Kim custom designed a logo and other images to personalize my website and built up some social media platforms for me. She still calls me at least once a month to inquire about my website and exposure on the web. I am receiving more and more calls now and there is no doubt that my website is achieving its purpose.
