Fast loading of empty buskets

A shift in management as well as lagging sales of Honda cars in favor of larger vehicles has led to a steady decline of this facility over the last 3 years. Temporary workers are hired in favor of full time employees in order to save money at the corporate level. I was not a temporary, but in my 5 years at the company I saw many good people leave because KTHs refusal to hire them. The company will allow hard working temporarys to remain at the company for upwards of 3 years at a fraction of the pay and benefits in order to save money. Most of those people left for better opportunities. However, the company will bring in full time employees of the street and walk them onto the floor in front of the very eyes of hard working temporarys that have been passed up for hiring. This is a business decision related to Adecco (the temp agency) and KTH having a working relationship. Shady things happen as a result of that relationship. KTH has eliminated their pension plan for all new employees and also extended the time period to cap out in pay from 2 years to 5. The health benefits have also been decreased as well with a rise in copays and deductibles. On a final note, as of last year when I left, several critical management positions at the company were filled with employees that did not have the leadership, education, or management skills to fill those positions and that reflected clearly on employee morale and product quality.

They don't care about anyone there just there parts, A friend of mine got a gash in his leg when the sensor didn't catch the part I'm the conveyor belt and it fell on his leg and he had to get 32 stiches and 16 staples. They fired him the same day.

Its not an all bad place I loved it there but I was a temp and the temps do not get a lot of respect and also the company is not making any since at all these days. The reason they do not make since is that they keep posting and posting week after week they need 2nd shift people to start right away. That being said I have applied 3 times and called several times because I want 2nd right away and still not a yes no or nothing. Its like they do not want people that want to work there to work there hahaha. But anyway poor-fair review due to the mis-leading on how bad they need people and then hire no one.
