POOR SERVICE and communication. I have owned three ktm dirtbikes and im about ready to throw in the orange towel. Disappointing to buy a nordstrom bike and get jcpenny service. Multiple phone calls, multiple messages. No calls EVER returned. Mine is a simple issue that my local dealers suggested i call KTM in ohio. I asked a friend who races if this is normal- his response, "are you kidding? they dont answer the phone there." Thanks ktm, top dollar bikes, bottom dollar customer support. Please return one of my messages and help me change this review.
