They will take all the money you have when you need to change a flight. If you not 100% 1000% certain, choose another airline.

Yet again suitcase broken into, zip destroyed, another lock gone, personal items rummaged through and items (cologne and other toiletries) stolen. Of course the hassle and insurance excess make it not worth claiming, so another approx R1000 spent to repair/replace with no recourse.

Besides the hectic landing at George airport, everything else was good, very friendly and helpful staff

Thank you for referring to my disabled child who at just 3 years old couldn’t gracefully handle the landing as “naughty” for crying. Please invest in better training of your staff. This lack of empathy and understanding is truly hurtful and I expected better.
