Feedback:

I took a PC to these guys, it was a little older and asked for an honest opinion on whether or not it could be brought back to a useful life. The IT or tech, told me absolutely, as long as I spent $200 on it for a video card it should be fine. Well, they put the video card in, the PC constantly crashes (didn’t before) and the monitors just go blank randomly and is only fixed by a reboot. I also bought a $200 windows 10 upgrade for this pc, so I’m at 370 on this thing and it doesn’t work at all. When I suggested something was wrong I got a pretty bad attitude from the staff and owners. I won’t be using them for anymore IT or PC work. That’s for sure.

had nothing for gaming computers. when asked if they were able to find a replacement motherboard was told they were on it. took my info and everything. called back 2 weeks later. no part had even been ordered. might be good for low end home cpus but if you have anything even remotely above average i'm sure it will be the same.

My experience today with Kunce Computers, Inc. was great. I met with Josh to discuss the possibility of repairing my damaged laptop LCD screen. Josh explained my repair/replacement options, and their costs. He recommended against choosing them due to the cost of repair versus the cost of a new computer. His integrity, knowledge, personality and patience were clear to see. He answered all of my questions completely and without being condescending. He finished by making several suggestions on creative ways to fix the issue at a lower cost. The store was very clean, well-organized and well-lit. When I find myself in need of Tech repairs, upgrades, or information, Kunce will be my first stop! Easy 5 Star Review!

Love the in-home visit service option for my business equipment! So much easier than dragging the computer into town for anyone (including myself, a busy work-from-home small business owner). Many times, part of the problem is connections between equipment in the regular setting that the computer, printer, router and such are at. So, this affordable in home service is priceless really. I was able to sit right down and begin working immediately after the tech was finished. Conner Burge was polite, professional, & fun to have in our home. He was kind enough to remove his shoes without being asked. I thought the price for an hour was reasonable, but mostly I was glad to have the glitches in my computer resolved! Connor was also glad to explain a few things to me and patient while I wrote notes down. He took time to set me down and have me walk through some of the steps myself in the processes that I was having trouble with. Helped him confirm that I was doing it right and helped me confirm that he had fixed the glitches.
