Very helpful, courteous staff. Jessica helped with the design and was able to answer all of my questions. They got our large order processed quickly, even when my boss changed some things last minute. I would highly recommend KV Print. They are professional and easy to work with. Thanks Jess

First very not deaf friendly. Understand we have no hearing yet they still continue to talk us. That's why we are using pen and paper. And some employees are very rude. They walk away not letting us know they will be back or anything. The employees give us attitude because we aren't happy with the services. Second on 4 times we had to come back to pick up our order: not ready, mistake, not ready and still not ready. We waste gas and time for service like this. We only get excuses.Third this is the product the give us. All wrong and claim they give us the things for free when our orders are still wrong and we wasted our time and gas.

Dissatisfying to see the level of service and quality of work here. It’s unfortunate since I had other work completed here before. A one time event for my company job and they could not follow a simple order for the color patches. What was worse too was that when you ask to speak with the manager, the workers tell you to stand and not have a seat since they will have another “appointment” coming to their desk. Rude much? I understand that they don’t want an upset consumer in front of them but be more civilized please. That’s probably the worst treatment they could give even when it was their fault for damaging the jacket and color of the patches. On top of that, going to your co-workers and talking bad about me is unprofessional behavior. I would advise everyone to be cautious of doing any work with this store due to the accuracy and quality of work being poor, as well as the level of service with the consumers being poor. Overall rating below 1 star.

Walked in and got helped right away with customizing two shirts. 1st time ever doing custom shirt this was an easy experience. Professional and friendly and double checked my order. Great place..

KV Printing was willing to work with me on my order of work shirts. They were ready earlier than expected which was very pleasing. Some price issues at first, but that was taken care of.
