Initially, their service was great. After a few months, their communication became poor and I had to chase them for monthly reports and updates. When I told my SEO manager at Kymodo problems I was having, they were ignored. After 5 months of poor communication and less than stellar results in ranking increase I moved on. I rang them after zero communication from Kymodo for 6 weeks and was informed that my SEO manager was on holidays and you did not know who was handling my account. Poor form.I am sure that my experience is isolated to an individual, but they are representative of the company hence the two stars.

I changed my SEO, Adwords and Social Media account to Kymodo in December last year. I have found that the Team at Kymodo are just brilliant to work with. A special Shout out to my Kymodo Account Manager Katie and Social Media Specialist Jamie. You guys are just the best. Oh, and by they way my website now ranks on the first page on Google and my organic traffic last month out preformed my paid search traffic!!!! If you want better online results than you are current getting - call and ask to speak with Tristan Mitterstroger.

When I required assistance with website content keywords I found Kymodo through an online search and eventually made contact with Tristan Mitterstoger . Tristan was very generous with his time and advice. He answered my queries and provided me with a list of keywords relating to my business. This was followed up with a couple of Reports relating to my business website performance. The guidance I received from Tristan was very valuable and it was provided at no charge. I will engage Kymodo if I have a future need for their services - they were very responsive. There was no 'hard sell' , just a genuine desire to help . More importantly, Tristan delivered the solution I needed.

We have been working with Kymodo for a month now and search traffic is already improving. Matt and Chris are responsive to our needs and take the time to work with us.Note: now after some personnel changes we were abandoned for 3 months and nothing was worked on.

I would not recommend Kymodo. Unfortunately search results did not improve and many mistakes by their company. I wanted a premium service to give my startup the best chance to get traction. Search results - during their sales pitch I was told they are they "best in Brisbane". I was told i could expect solid growth in all keywords. Unfortunately almost six months in, its worse than when i started.Keywords - they were very slack at setting keywords. It was 1.5 months before keywords were confirmed. Very slack! I don't start an SEO program to wait 1.5 months before any tracking. Analytic conversion - they forgot to setup analytics conversion. I could not track any real business value. They regularly assume traffic is business income, this is not true. Content writing - they have skilled content writers. Although when you're billed $150 per hour, they should be. Very very expensive. Extra Hours - Three times i've had meetings with their company. Each time they apologise for the mistakes, and promise "extra hours". Don't fall for this trick. I've not seen any extra work completed.Do your own ranking reports - they have misleading reports. Track your own data independently. Web skills - unless you have a basic website, word press or something similar, don't expect they can update. Very junior / basic developer skills.

Kymodo are a well managed company that produce results. I am consistently in position 1 for the most frequently searched keyword in my industry, and am always on page 1 twice thanks to them.
