I've use them twice for birthday cakes. The first time was a hit and at a good price. I was in a pinch for the second cake, and was calling around town looking for someone to make a minecraft cake. I called them and they said yes they could make a minecraft cake, on a short notice. They asked what I wanted on the cake, I said maybe Steve and a Creeper fighting. The lady on the phone said no problem. I called back and asked are you going to make the top icing look like the two different greens to make it look like the minecraft grass, she said yes no problem. When the day came to pick it up, the cake had a plain white icing top and two flat caricature faces of Steve and a Creeper. It was last minute and they were the only ones that said they could pull it off. I had gone all out on the decorations for my sons party, but the cake, everyone asked why it look so bad... I was sure to let them know who made it.
