Client Review on LA Tech Pro

We had a server that another company setup, and it was supposed to have BACKUP. Wintotal crashed and we needed to get our backup going again. The original company's technician who setup our backup was not there anymore and they couldn't make the backup work. Dennis from LA Tech Pro was able to recover our data from the dead drive and get us up and running again. Wasn't as cheap as I'd likwe (cost over $1000.00), but that was better than entering everything back in from scratch. Moral of the story is don't trust your IT company and make sure you double check them. If our backup had been working right I would have saved that money.Thanks to LA Tech Pro for helping us out of a bind on the same day.
