Rented the NIFTYLIFT for a day $200.00 Picked it up on a Saturday while raining. Set it up for use on Sunday morning and used extra pads under the outriggers for stability. First time up the lift went out of level and I was stuck until I could get someone to re-level while I was still in the basket. Loaded it up and returned it on Sunday morning.Called to see if they could help my on the $200.00 full-days rental fee and was told no. I paid for it in advance and they couldn't refund any of the rent. I was not able to use it safely under the weather conditions that caused the ground to be too soft to operate it. I understand that it was my option to rent it but thought since the conditions were so bad after an all day rain that I might at least get a break in the fee. Don Gerken

Went in on a very snowy day, parking lot was clean and I was greeted at the door. Needed treated 2x4’s and screws. While there I asked to order a couple pieces of metal siding. They told me it would be a week and they would call. Two weeks now and I have waiting to go back to my farm on their call. The customer service while at the business was stellar with bringing the 2x4’s right to my truck, customer service to let me know if the siding I ordered, well not so good! All and all it is a better experience than a box store!
