The houses were beautiful. The lot sizes surprised me. They were much larger than I expected. Buying a home in this subdivision would be an excellent choice.

The HOA rules specifically prohibit breeding of animals at Lake Victoria. Despite this, a house on your community is a breeding ground that creates a strong aroma of cats on the cul de sac. Not only is this being allowed in violation of HOA rules, but also in open disregard to City of Kingsland regulations regarding breeding practices and without any permits or licences from Georgia Dept of Agriculture. Why have rules and regulations if you won't enforce them?
