Was on business trip and unexpectedly needed to print a small job from pdf (15 pages x 30 to 35 copies). Went here because of the reviews. Woman who helped us seemed irritated that we showed up and got more irritated as we asked questions about cost, paper, etc. Told us it would take 2 hours, we then asked if we could just get a couple copies as we needed to get on the road towards Whistler and that would cover us till we got there. Her response was 'look this isn't how it works, you don't just show up and I drop everything to help you'. Wow, we left. Understandable that there may have been jobs ahead of us or just unable to accommodate us but as a print shop, you should expect drop-ins, if you want repeat customers be nice. If you don't want drop-ins, close the door and put up a sign that says appointments only.
