I am writing this review, as it is a rare thing these days to find a service company with SO many positives about it! I found myself in that very tiny percentage of people who find that the brand new quality TV I had purchased was defective from the start. After calling the store of purchase, they contacted Lancer TV regarding doing the warranty repair work. In less than 20 minutes from that call, Jim the manager had called me back! Lou & Tom were quickly scheduled to come out to the house-- and brought along 2 major parts, while communicating with the TV brand visual control. It was found that the TV needed just one more part, as determined upon Lancer TV shop evaluation. During the time my TV was at the shop, Jim kept in close communication with me in regards to what was needed and when the TV would be finished. The TV works beautifully now! This is truly a company one can trust! The warranty covered any parts or work done. But most of all, the people at Lancer TV are a rare, talented, and caring group of people who really know what they are doing!Patricia HusselHartland, Wisconsin
