Jim, the owner, is a rude, old, pampas man who thinks he can treat people disrespectfully and demand highest price for his services. His actions, both on the phone and in person, remind me of someone who doesn't care who he pisses off as long as he gets people to spend money at his crappy shop. The shop is dingy, he is very rude and severely overpriced. This owner should quit the business and shutter the shop...it IS that bad! He IS that rude. I took my equipment out of the shop and had it repaired by another service technician who was more than happy to greet me, meet me and explain in detail what needed to be done without demanding money with no explanation of what the equipment needed. Lancer TV is not worth the headache and not worth your hard earned money. I feel very sorry for the actual technicians who work at Lancer. I hope they can find another shop, or start a business themselves, when this company folds due to the owners shortcomings.Take your equipment to a different place where they appreciate your business.AVOID LANCER.
