The team at Landmark goes above and beyond to deliver my requests. I have been a customer for several years and have been pleased with everything I have asked them to do for me, including banners, signs and custom covers for megaphones.

If only I could give a zero. I was scheduled to have two signs picked up and moved from one location to another on Jan 28th, 2016. I was told the transfer would be the same day barring one sign that might need to have LED’s installed. If LED’s need to be installed it could take up to 2-3 days. I did not here from anyone for over a week and called to find out they would be installed on the 11th of Feb. On the 12th I called because the sign was not installed and was told it would be the following week. The signs were installed, one was installed crooked, had 2 of my letters busted out and did not light. Again no one called to tell me anything. I called the company and was told it would take a week to get the sign fixed and they apologized it had gotten broken in transfer. I left for vacation and came back 8 days later with a crooked, broken non lit sign. This time I called the owner to express my dissatisfaction. He said he would look into it and had the same non communicative salesman call me back to say the letters would be fixed within the next couple of days. Two days later one letter was fixed, one still broken, sign still crooked and still not lit.I called again and they said they had incorrectly made the second letter and they would have everything fixed within 2 days. The letters were both fixed 2 days later but still not lit and still crooked. A few days later I called again and they said they would send someone out to straighten the sign and to look into why it was not lighting. After the gentleman came out suggesting the brickwork was crooked… I asked that he use a level and his response when he was on the ladder with the level was “Wow this is pretty crooked!” It was still unlit when I left but at least it was straight. I was assuming everything was fixed since no one had contacted me but that evening noticed that the sign was STILL not lit. I called AGAIN and was told my LEDS must have gotten old and that is why it was not lighting but that they would get back to me. Which, of course they never did. I called a few days later spoke with my salesperson and was told he would try to get it fixed at no charge –( big of him seeing as they broke it). He also said he would call me the next day, eight days later I have hired another sign company to come fix the sign they broke. Worst service I have experienced in over 20 years of being in business.
