Feedback:

I have done several projects with Vanessa and her team and I have to say I continue to be impressed with her work, her work ethic, and her ability to get things done on time. I can't imagine working with another team, so I won't. As long as Vanessa owns and operates Lanitech Web Design, I will use her services and refer my friends, family and co-workers to her as well.

Feedback:

Our company was founded in 1999 and we always thought we didn't need a web presence because business seemed good. With the changing times, we later understood through the professional guidance of Vanessa what the power of a great website could do, and safeguard our business from future changing needs. Their staff has always been 100% on the spot, ready to help, ready to give professional advice, never insistent on any one way, and always on the cutting edge of growing trends. It is extremely refreshing that in todays market of kill or be killed, there is still a small town atmosphere where real work can get done by real people, at a reasonable cost. I could not recommend their service any stronger. River City Alarm

Feedback:

A great company to hire! My small business has been a client of Lanitech's since the early 2000s. They have always been responsive to my ever-changing (and growing needs); keeping my business in tune with today's online market. The staff is great and treats us well, especially Vanessa, who I suspect is the core of why they stay in business all these years. Honest answers and guidance every time -- no matter what diversity I might be facing. It is truly admired in a company.

Feedback:

Worst company ever. 9 months to do a 3 month job. Missed deadline after deadline.Owner (Vanessa) doesn't know the difference between Java & Javascript. Owner charges US prices, but hires overseas programmers where's there's lots of language issues and very junior skill level.Uses templates that are reminiscent of the 90's. AJAX has been huge in designing web pages since the mid 2000's, but they use very little of it. Doesn't keep up with today's web standards. Doesn't even follow the standards of the template system they're using. They do a VERY poor job of listening to their clients needs. Even when it's in writing. They also don't have anyone in charge of verifying the pages do what they are supposed to do, leaving it to the customer to do that part of the job for them. They will make good on any errors on their part (contractually bound), but you will spend countless hours getting them to make it right. This is what they are good at: They will take a framework/template that already does what you need, change the wording & graphics, and set the built-in options, then give it back to you. Charging you $1000's for just a few hours of work. For those that don't understand templates, think of it as an MS Word doc template that's used for property leasing. You download the template, then just change the name, address, and other details. Now you have a lease that's all yours. It's about the same thing with web templates.
