I am super disappointed in this company, I called and left a message, Tara Larsen called me back and left a message which I still have on my phone, she gave me full detail of the pricing for what I needed, 8mm tapes converted to DVD for $15.50 each or a whole order of multiple tapes on a external hard drive for $20, it sounded like a good deal so I called her back and she confirmed the pricing for me. I don't live in the area but my father in law does, so I had him take the tapes and hard drive in for me, they then told him that was the wrong price, that I was misquoted. That is still $15.50 per tape and an EXTRA $20 to have them put on the hard drive (without the DVD). I feel like since Tara's last name is Larsen, she is probably family of the owner and SHOULD know the pricing, she refused to honor the price given, so I will find somewhere else to take my tapes. What a huge waste of time, I also told my family the pricing and they wanted to take their stuff there too, not anymore.
