Lost my package. Never found it. Closed my mailbox and wanted to charge me to forward so I had them hold for me. Supposed to by law forward for 6 months they did it for 1. Then they started sending back without telling me. Very rude clerks as well.

Devon Rhodes ! Just because you have a malfunctioning document printer issue does not mean that the World should stop bow down to our ever needs . I think it’s extremely over the top sad that you blame Ocoee Mail Center for your problem . Keep in mind that they are very busy and you have to wait your turn . I do not work for them however I love their working ethics and incredible customer service !

I've been going to this place since the old owner was here and ever since the new owner has bought them out, I have been very pleased with their service. The owner and his employees are by far the sweetest, most generous people I have ever met and they even give five start service. They are amazing and take care of their. This will always be my go to mail center, and no other mail center nor post office compares.
