Outstanding service and jaw-dropping turn-around time. Had a computer problem my "internal" guys had been scratching their heads over for about a month. It was incredibly inconvenient, to say the least, and I was at the end of my patience with the inefficiency. Matt picked the PC up from my office and returned it back to me in one day. Yes, that's "ONE" day. One. Lesson learned. I'm now using Laughing Rock for all my computer needs at work and home. Wholeheartedly recommend.
