This company has one the worst management and HR . HR policies are changed according to each staffs and they don't pay the salary on time. The management requires you to work on offdays but they won't pay you for any extra work you do. The management always tries to get their workdone with minimum resources. I heard from few friends around there that alot staffs have resigned from this company. This is one of the worst I.T company in Colombo. To all the youngsters out there who are trying to get a job please avoid this trap. They also won't do exactly what they promise to the customers too.

I visited them to require a service, they didn't respond to it properly while they kept sending me person to person. In the mean time I noticed that the staff over there are not treated properly by the top management. I seriously would recomend the HR of them could take some serious action on this matter.

I've had the chance to work with Pasan Akalanka Pathirana from LayoutIndex and the service was timely, efficient and highly satisfactory in all respects. Most importantly, LayoutIndex was always willing to go the extra mile to give the best experience to us. They did a great deal of work with less supervision.
