The worst experience I had in Paris in Aug 2019. I decided to try oral workshop because on the same time I had a course of General French in Sorbonne. And luckily I paid only 4 classes of oral workshops in Alliance Francaise (it is minimum you can pay), I participated in first workshop and the teacher was just...terrible. I am learning different languages since I am 7 years old but I've never had such a bad experience and it is only because of professor! I wrote to Alliance but didn't receive any explanation, any reply at all. Strongly irrecommended. I advise you to take the courses at Sorbonne if you are in Paris!

They are just irrespinsiblie.My husband was going to take evening class through agency from July and paid.But rigjt before the beginning of July, he was told that the class was cancelled. And until now, for more than two months, the havent refund the tutition fee. The agency told my husband that they asked many times to refund but the Alliance does not take care of that.We have a lot of stress. I call them today but noone gets the call.I cant belive this is the school which is officially supported by the govenment.
