So far my experience with them has been disappointing. The Sales Conversation was pleasant and great, what came after that was one issue after another. First I got an email stating that the setup fee was received, only to then 2 weeks later to be informed that it didn't go through. After that I asked support to hold off for the moment on processing any payments and wait till they bill my credit card for the service to be paid 1 month in advance. I got confirmation that this will be taken care of and I should be in contact when I am ready. Yet, 3 days later my Credit Card was billed for the month in advance, which I didn't want. 1. Never had the on-boarding call 2. No setup was done, 3. I now paid for something that is supposed to help me get new clients, yet still unclear about the on-boarding fee, 4. Got charged the monthly fee without any contact from support after my email was sent about a refund or to somehow resolve the issue and get it all sorted. Very disappointed and angry right now, feel like I am being taken for a ride, other than having admin issues, billing issues and not getting anywhere, so far leadchat has not helped me get new leads, no not at all, instead they took my credit card details, my money and have so far let me down!
