They produced very sloppy work and their responses were very placating and nice but there was never any action behind the nice words.There was also a lack of flexibility. They work the way they work, don't be fooled into thinking you will actually get a custom solution that fits your company or brand.The reason for the 3 stars instead of a flat out 1 is that they actually made us whole financially. When things went wrong they refunded our money.Here are some examples of sloppy work. - They had our company name wrong on call scripts for days. I caught the error when reviewing call recordings and had to point it out. - They left signature lines out of emails so they just ended with "thank you," and no contact information. Again, I had to do into our email system and pull their emails to see this. - Their emails were formatted badly with random spaces, it looked like SPAM.Beyond sloppy work, they are old school. Meaning the scripts and sales tactics they use are older methods that have been replaced with better methodologies, at least for consultative sales. They seemed truly behind the times. We asked for the scripts to be updated to reflect current research and literature on consultative sales and they were completely resistant to the idea. They kept telling us their scripts were "proven". Okay, then show us the data... do an A/B test of our proposed changes vs yours - give us that customization. The answer was no. They held onto their scripts and were inflexible.Once there were problems we couldn't get our point of contact on the phone. I began copying her bosses just to get responses.They were genuinely irritated that we kept pointing out these issues and were questioning their methods. They fired us as clients for pushing for the type of quality work that we would have produced on our own.The did refund our money in full when they fired us, so from that prospective they did right by us.
