They assigned us an IP address listed on hundreds of anti spam lists (apparently from the previous owners who were spammers). What a nightmare to get unlisted!Contact to support is not easy, because their BOFHs implemented a new level of customer molestation system. You have to change password every some months AND in addition they now implemented completely insane password requirements which make it impossible to memorize the password. They dont do refunds even if they sell you services that do not work properly and expect bad cancellation process, monitor your payments and cancellations!
