The RUDE thing that answered when I called admonished me for spelling my last name for her and told me that, that is what they do in kindergarten. When I called back I got the same rude thing. At that point she refused to allow me to speak with someone else and claimed that she didn't have a supervisor or boss. My problem is that I have searched for a lawyer myself and they all either don't do that kind of law or just simply refuse to take my case. I am currently looking for a way to get in touch with the higher ups in this referral service. The only reason that I have one star is because I cant post this review with ZERO or NEGETIVE stars.

This was the most unprofessional group of people. I got hung up three times because I asked for a supervisor because the last who answered the phone was so rude. The manager defended the rude employee and refused to listen to my concern. She kept cutting me off and at one point claimed she couldn't hear me and that I needed to get off Bluetooth or headset I was on, then that I wasn't complying. But some how all the sudden could hear me just fine??? I don't appreciate being talked to this way. I was disrespected, belittled and ridiculed. These people should not be dealing with the public. People call in for help trying to find the right lawyer and get treated badly. I was calling about child custody and already sensitive subject and just completely blindsided by professionalism. Please if you value whatever you need a lawyer for do not use this group to help you. Give yourself peace of mind and find the right attorney yourself.

Absolutely the rudest, most useless service that I’ve ever encountered of this nature. The female who took the call was extremely uncooperative, argumentative, and an idiot. Do not use this service.

Worst experience ever! The woman who answered the phone was extremely rude, didn’t give me the chance to explain what I was looking for, and hung up the phone! People who call this service are in need of help, not abuse! This was the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had in my entire life!
