Overall Feedback:

We ordered a DVD from our daughters dance recital. After receiving it we tried to play it in 3 different DVD players and 2 different computers. It wouldn't do anything. When my wife called to ask for a replacement she got zero apology and was told to clean our machine and try again. She then proceeded to tell her we'd have to pay to return it (duh) but that she couldn't guarantee the new one they send would be any better than the last (you can't try it before you ship it)! The new one works just fine but their customer service was absolutely horrible!
