Client Review on Lets Print Baby

I wanted to like this place but there were a couple things that went wrong and I don't think they were handled the best way possible to make me feel like they valued my business. The first thing I would say is that they had a very fast turnaround time that is the best I could say (which is great but---)1. I asked for direct to garment digital printing, this was not that (which I've done before for other shirts) this was a printed decal which was then heat transferred onto the garment. If this was the case I wouldn't have done this as I could do this elsewhere. I've also done decals at home.2. There was a $15 art handling fee which is totally fine howeverrrrr that should include color matching and when I brought up that the colors were off, the employee who worked on the file that they did not guarantee color matching (although when I spoke to him initially and pulled up the file for him, I specifically asked if they do accurate color matches and he said yes). The other employee at the front was somewhat dismissive when I pointed out my color concern. These in conjunction made me feel that they did not really care about making the customer happy. If color matching means printing and making sure the printed color matches the given artwork color, then that's what should be done as part of artwork handling since that's what artwork handling entails.3. The iron-on was not ideal and further this process caused black hair/dust to be caught inside while ironing. there is a hair stuck in the center of my graphic which is very obvious and I can't remove it because it is stuck between the decal and the fabric. I did not bring up this hair to the employees because to me the color was more important but if there was some quality control someone should've noticed it.If it were just 1 thing I could overlook it but I think the excuses, unclear treatment, and unwillingness to come up with a solution and lack of attention to detail I think it'd be hard to recommend to anyone who cares what their product looks like. It would be easy to apologize and offer a refund or offer to redo it in a quick turnaround time but I didn't really want to beg for it since the vibe I got was they didn't seem too accommodating so I left. They are also a little more expensive than other places so I was hoping it would reflect in the quality or service/friendliness--This is a local business I would have loved to support with future orders though. I'd say if you are just looking to get things done quickly they are great and expedient but if your work is like artwork and you need the outcome to be precise it may not be as good.
