This company is pushy and does not deliver. They will spend money without your consent and then try to bill you for it. Their communication is the worst I have ever experienced. They don’t practice what they preach. I used them for a very short time when I had my RV dealerships and strongly recommended that no one even think about using Level 5. They missed important meetings, they don’t return phone calls, and they really seem to not care. My only positive comment about them is Jake is great. The person they originally sent to the dealership sounded like a late night infomercial. Bragging they will deliver everything my dealership ever dreamed of. What I got was a nightmare. I have written reviews before for other companies and they were positive. So I’m not one of those people that gives bad reviews. Spend your advertising dollars with someone else is my opinion.

Level 5 Advertising is all around a professional and amazing company to work with. I am a manager at Reeds Trailer Sales in California and our experience with them could not have gone smoother. Every employee we worked with went above and beyond to meet our needs and were responsive and helpful, especially Tommy Fife who was in charge of launching our website and could not have done a better job. We got to talk to the owner Budd Blackburn and we loved his way of doing business. They designed us a cutting edge website that has taken us to a whole new modern look and our leads have been increasing ever since. Once again thank you to Level5 for going above and beyond. I love giving credit when credits due. Matt my level 5 rep has kept every promise to me from day one. Granted we had some challenges but he delivered and has kept a great attitude all the way thru. When you do business together the rep you deal with makes or breaks everything. I highly recommend Matt & level 5. Bruce Frost Frost RV

Wish there was a 0 star option. Worst company I have ever dealt with. Was 4 months late with launching the site. Never finished it after 2 months of being live. Took weeks to complete even simple updates (if they ever tried to complete them). Was promised a fully customized site and "not a cookie cutter site" but there were many areas that they could not change how we wanted. Had a VP start to "manage" our account when we brought up the issues and got more of the same inaction. Refused to export our inventory data or leads when we told them we were leaving even after being promised that the data would remain our property - was told by the VP to just scrape the data from the pages. Extremely expensive and does not follow through with their "Or Your Money Back" guarantee. Promised huge increases of leads and sales but actually saw a significant decrease in sales while using them.Also interesting that 4 of their five 5 star reviews come from their parent company, President, and 2 employees.

Not only has it been a breath of fresh air to work with Level 5, but the partnership has boosted our RV dealership's performance and streamlined our marketing strategy. It has been nearly a year since we began working together, and the relationship and performance only continues to grow better and stronger. We would recommend Level 5 to anyone looking for a partner who jumps in both feet with you to help you reach your business goals. 👍
