BEWARE!!! Bill seems like a very nice man when you meet him but once Bill quotes you a price and then charms your debit card out of your hand, they switch your lawyer, without your permission, to Michael. From then on all meetings, conversations; everything’s with Michael. Haven’t seen Bill since, even though Bill is the experienced one with his name on the business that your expecting to be working with. But the actual issue is a matter of costs. Bill will initially quote you a fair and square price. It’s not until later on when the “additional fees” show up, like how every time they fail to answer the phone, which will be every time, they charge you a $10 fee to transcribe your voicemail. I have literally over $200 of “transcribe voicemail” fees on my final invoice.I could keep going with complaints of their shady nickel and dime practices but I think I’ve already made my point. Just stay away...STAY AWAY!!!!!
