The staff are very friendly and helpful. They spoke good English and were easy to communicate with. The plus point of this hotel is the location. Metro station is 3 minutes away and Louvre museum is 15 minutes walk. There are plenty of bars, restaurants and hotels close by. The rooms however are tiny size and had a tough time fitting myself in the bathroom/toilet.
