I can highly recommend Lighthouse UK Ltd for their great customer service and speedy response to all enquiries. From ordering consumables to responding to technical or software issues the team at Lighthouse have been flawless. I've been using the CPM-100 machine for over 6 years and have been impressed with the quality and reliability of the machine, so much so when I changed employer I advised my new team to purchase one straight away. It is not the cheapest piece of equipment but this is significantly offset by the low cost of the consumables and the ease of using the system. If you also sign up to the Extended warranty you get full technical and software support with any issues you may have with the machine. To date the team at Lighthouse have successfully supported me in resolving all of my label creation / printing issues. Great product, great customer service provided by great people.
