After a frustrating experience with a programmer from outside the US, my company reached out to US-based companies for the development of our most complex project, Tattered Weave. LightSky immediately impressed me with their detailed quote and a lengthy discussion over the phone about how best to write the code we needed. We've been working with LightSky for about a year now and they remain just as impressive. We get an immediate response to emergency issues - of which there have only been about three over a year - and every question and concern gets a solid, understandable answer. The occasional mistake that comes with human error (I'm a programmer too, I know it happens!) is always communicated well and dealt with quickly and appropriately. Choosing LightSky as our main source of programming has been the best decision I've made for the Tattered Weave project.

We came to LightSky with a wish list for a new site and they were able to incorporate everything we asked for. From the very beginning, they were attentive to our wishes and helped us think through areas about which we were unsure. Our site serves as the digital "front door" of our church and allows potential and current members to quickly access information about us. We can easily update the events and activities to keep the site current. We are very pleased with the site that LightSky has developed and we enjoy working with them. They make it a priority to listen, as well as teach, every step of the way.

We have had the pleasure of continually working with LightSky to make structural improvements to both the front and backends of our gaming website. While they did not routinely perform work for our genre of site before, they have proven to be extremely quick learners in adapting to a fast-paced, high-volume application, and we feel much more confident in the stability of the site since beginning to work with them. When we launched our website in 2004, Lightsky staff did a remarkable job of developing profiles of the audiences we wanted to target, and hit all the marks in terms of the kind of design we were looking for at the time. The staff also offered great advice while we developed the content. We were on a very tight timeline and they stayed on schedule and helped keep us on schedule.
