Client Review on Likeable Media

Incredibly unprofessional staff, terrible customer service, and irrelevant content. Mark Lottes was very persistent to sign me up as a client. I was assigned to Jonathan Logan who is a senior account manager in the company. First conversation went well and it seemed like he knew what he was talking about. However, none of the campaigns produced any results and scheduled posts were irrelevant to my industry. I tried getting in touch with both Mark and Jonathan over several weeks via phone and email to discuss the service but my emails were not answered and my phone calls were not returned. The credit card was charged though. I should have never signed up for this service, especially after I read so many negative customer reviews. Lesson learned. I would never recommend this company to anyone.
