7 years ago I bought laminate flooring for 3 rooms and entry hallway. It still looks like new! No scratches even with 2 dogs. Also purchased custom made shades for 3 rooms. Very happy with their service.

So I’ve been working for Lima carpet for 60 days, and have been on many jobs. This company is one of the worst places to work for and there product is junk, they don’t even pay there employees and there boss ran over my foot with his truck, why give business to people like this

I recently purchased luxury vinyl plank flooring from lima carpet to put down in my new home. Since this is my first home I wanted something I was going to love, and something durable against my 2 large dogs. Lima carpets staff was awesome and very knowledgable, and quickly led me to the LVT. Melissa who Installed the flooring was professional and very fast. The floor has been in my house now for 3 months and I'm beyond happy with my whole experience with lima carpet. I will absolutely be going to lima carpet for all my future flooring.

I have bought carpet from this company for decades. In the past I would have given them the highest rating but my recent experience has made me do a 180. I purchased three rooms of carpet from them two years ago and, once it was installed, that was the end of the great experience. I called six months ago to report that the fibers were coming out in handfuls and was told that someone would call me back. They didn't so I waited a few weeks and tried again. Still no response. Finally, after my third call three weeks ago, a young man came out and inspected the carpet. He agreed that the carpet was falling apart and, when I mentioned that it had a five year warranty, he asked if I had had it professionally cleaned every 12 months. I said no since it is only my husband and myself living here. He said that the warranty was therefore voided. I asked why no one had told me I needed to do this when I bought the carpet and he responded that it was in the fine print of the paperwork I signed. I feel that it is something that should be explained to the person when they buy the carpet. He agreed but basically said "oh well. Sorry.". Never again. It's not like they are the only carpet source in the area.

Yesterday Levi cleaned my carpets. He did a great job in a short time. He could not have been more pleasant or professional. The price was great and my carpets look like new.
