My husband wanted some tumblers engraved so we brought them to Limelight as we didn't have time to get them done via the company who makes the tumblers itself. I met with the woman behind the counter and we talked about the text he wanted, and how he wanted it justified, top to bottom, and where around the circumference of the tumbler he wanted the wording as well. I thought I had covered all my bases, and I provided a pic of the text we wanted. When my husband picked up the tumblers, the text looked great but it wasn't in the location we discussed - it was further down the cup than we wanted, and it was actually not centered over the "logo" on the cup and one cup actually had the wording in a slightly different spot than the others. This place was also significantly more expensive (more than 2x the cost) of having it done via the company who makes the tumblers, but that's our fault for not giving ourselves enough lead time. Overall, we weren't thrilled but I'm not about to buy more tumblers to re-do. Hopefully the gift recipients aren't as picky as we are!
