BEWARE OF SCAM!!! This company accepts and lists co-signers as options and accepts payment for their applications. But they don't consider them!!We asked SPECIFICALLY about co-signers before we spent the $40 to apply ourselves. We mentioned it at least twice and were still encouraged to apply. After our denial I sent our co-signer their application (it legitimately has a spot to check if you are applying as a co-signer) and didn't hear back from these slumlords. I called to inquire and Deanna Morris laughed while saying, "Yeah...we don't do that. We only consider people who are going to live in the unit."So they take the fees but don't consider the application.BEWARE OF SCAM!!!
