Client Review on LionsRoad Studios

Due to lack of communication and what we felt was false advertising, we elected to proceed with another DJ company and hire a videographer instead for our wedding. We felt kind of bait and switched because it did not say anything about the video premium add on NOT being an option with the Emerald package. We certainly understand that this is a more involved service, but we felt since LionsRoad even boasts no hidden fees and straight forward pricing on the website that that could have been a lot more clear on the website. I cannot find anywhere on the website where it says certain premium add ons only allowed with certain packages. Prior to proceeding with another company, we had not received a response back to our question about this from the vendor for six days. So that sealed our decision to move forward with another company. 3 stars because I still believe their quality is decent, communication/not clear pricing is what pushed us away. Future clients, make sure you ask what premium add ons can be added with what packages! Don't rely on the implied idea that you can choose what add ons from the list you would like.
