Wow. I have always like this company and had good experiences with them, until today. Called about an outage we have had for over 4 days and was treated so rudely by Brad that I will be shopping for a new provider. I think that as a company you might want to remember that your customers pay for your services and therefore provide your paycheck. Talking down to a customer and treating them like dirt is unacceptable.

Feedback:

Vastly superior option to satellite service. I think it is in the nature of a wireless service over far-flung geography that there is vulnerability to things like lightning strikes. Therefore, you shouldn't expect the 99.9% uptime you'd get from a telco or cable carrier in an urban area. However, outside of 2-3 times per year outages that might last a few hours, reliability has been good. We have CenturyLink service in parallel (I need redundant internet for my work) and I have to say that in terms of total uptime, it's not appreciably better than Little Apple. Little Apple latency is superior to CenturyLink's, while download speed consistency is a little worse (sometimes speeds are a little slower than advertised at "peak" times when, I imagine, a lot of the customer base is streaming video). The tech support has been great for me. I have a somewhat complicated network architecture at my place and the Little Apple team has always been very responsive and very helpful in dealing with my particular challenges. I'm particularly grateful to having been introduced by them to Mikrotik equipment.

Yah I'll chime on this. I've called them twice in the last two weeks and left messages to find out more about the service and to get hooked up. A call back? Nope! Now that is NOT customer oriented at all. I guess they already make enough money and have plenty of customers. So, I ended up going with another provider. Pretty sad

I'm baffled by the negative reviews. We've had them for 5+ years and they have always been very supportive. Fastest rural internet available and always on point for my demanding trading platform. I have nothing but positive feedback for Little Apple. I'm grateful to have a less expensive, more effective option than satellite.

I called three days ago when our internet speed dropped to kilobytes (seriously kb not Mb). Never received a call back. This happens ALL the time to us. When the techs come out they are great and helpful but the same issues arise repeatedly. You have to sign a binding 2 year contract with them which I am actively seeking to get out of due to wildly inconsistent availability of bandwidth. Mind you I live 10 minutes from Bozeman, not in the sticks. If you want reliable internet this is probably not it. Oh and if you want after hours help, expect to leave a message and maybe get a call, or not.

Agree with the previous review... 0 stars is what they deserve.- Internet always slower than what contract states.- Customer Service Horrific.- Techs that don't know how to troubleshoot issues with their own equipment. - Basic common sense troubleshooting evades them.Just absolutely horrific all the way around. Honestly they do not care about their customers or their service. The only way to fix the issue with Little Apple Technologies is to begin Litigation, File a Complaint with Consumer Affairs, the FCC and any other Federal or State regulatory agency.

In my business I have worked with all the internet service providers in the area. I truly wish I could give zero stars as this is the worst company I have ever worked with. The don't care one bit about the customer, only profits. As a business person I understand you need profit to keep the doors open, but I also know you need to take care of your customers. I have been in the area for 30 years and they sure don't act like a "local company".

Little Apple has been a great place to work! I can speak to the quality of their internet service as well. I had it for a few months before my HOA made me take the dish down and it was way more reliable than my service with Charter! Highly recommend using them for all your technology needs!
