Feedback:

Totally unprofessional. I expressed my needs via telephone and after I was done, there was a delay as if I was put on hold and being ignored the entire time by Danielle. When asked questions, she had absolutely no idea what I was talking about. There are MANY other social media outlets out there. Do not lower your standards to this one.
